Grab a big bowl and whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until it's all blended.

Place the chicken tenders in your marinade and make sure they're completely covered. Pop the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or a couple of hours if you've got time.

Fire up your grill or heat a skillet on medium-high. If you're using a skillet, drizzle a little olive oil first so the chicken doesn't stick.

Take the chicken out of the marinade, letting extra juice drip off. Cook it on your heated grill or skillet for around 5-7 minutes on each side until it's golden and hits an internal temp of 165°F (75°C).

Let the chicken sit for a few minutes to stay juicy. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top, then serve it while warm.
