Greek Crispy Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 tsp paprika
05 - 1 tsp dried thyme
06 - Juice of 1 lemon
07 - 1 tsp dried oregano
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until it's all blended.
02 - Place the chicken tenders in your marinade and make sure they're completely covered. Pop the bowl in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or a couple of hours if you've got time.
03 - Fire up your grill or heat a skillet on medium-high. If you're using a skillet, drizzle a little olive oil first so the chicken doesn't stick.
04 - Take the chicken out of the marinade, letting extra juice drip off. Cook it on your heated grill or skillet for around 5-7 minutes on each side until it's golden and hits an internal temp of 165°F (75°C).
05 - Let the chicken sit for a few minutes to stay juicy. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top, then serve it while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Leaving the chicken in the marinade longer lets the flavors soak in more. Two hours is ideal if you can wait!
