Healthy Fudge Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
02 - 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
03 - 1/2 cup honey

→ Dry Mix

04 - 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, plus extra for sprinkling on top
05 - 1/4 cup toasted nuts (try pecans or walnuts), plus extra for sprinkling
06 - 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
07 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
08 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds
09 - 1/2 cup cacao powder

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the honey, sunflower seed butter, and peanut butter in a medium pot. Warm it on low heat until smooth.
02 - Take the pot off the heat and add the cacao powder. Give it a good stir to combine everything.
03 - Toss in all the dry stuff and stir until it’s evenly mixed.
04 - Scoop the mix into a loaf pan lined with parchment. Sprinkle some chopped nuts and chocolate chips on top.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for about 2 hours. Once set, slice it into little squares.

# Notes:

01 - Keep them in a sealed container at room temp for about 7 days, or refrigerated for 14 days.
02 - You can freeze them for up to 3 months in a freezer-safe container.
