High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip (Print Version)

01 - 2 cups shredded chicken
02 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup cottage cheese
04 - 1/4 cup hot sauce
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
07 - 1/4 cup cream cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
09 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garnish (Optional)

12 - Chopped green onions
13 - Blue cheese crumbles

# Instructions:

01 - If using leftover or rotisserie chicken, shred it. If cooking chicken, boil or bake until cooked, then shred.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and well blended.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer dip to an 8x8 inch baking dish. Top with extra cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
04 - Garnish with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles.
05 - Serve with tortilla chips, celery, carrots, or bell peppers.
