01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 2 lemons, zest and juice separated
03 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
06 - Salt as you like it
07 - 1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
08 - Chopped parsley to sprinkle on top
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Mix cauliflower, olive oil, the garlic and onion powders, along with a sprinkle of salt, in a large bowl until everything is evenly coated.
03 - Lay the seasoned cauliflower out on a baking tray lined with parchment—make sure to spread them out in one layer.
04 - Pop the tray in the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, keeping an eye out until the pieces are golden and tender.
05 - As the cauliflower roasts, grab a small pan and whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup, cornstarch, and black pepper over low to medium heat.
06 - Keep stirring the mixture until it thickens into a shiny glaze, which should take about 3-5 minutes.
07 - Once the cauliflower is done, put it back in the large bowl, pour the glaze over, and gently stir to coat every piece evenly.
08 - Move the glazed florets onto a serving plate, sprinkle with lemon zest and parsley, and enjoy it right away.
