Ultimate Loaded Bacon Cheese Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 lb (450g) frozen French fries (or homemade fries)
02 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup jalapeños, sliced (optional for heat)

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden brown.
02 - While the fries are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.
03 - Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot fries. Then, evenly distribute the crumbled bacon on top. Return the loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
04 - Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with garlic powder, jalapeños (if using), and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle sour cream over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions and parsley for garnish.
05 - Serve the loaded bacon cheese fries immediately while they are hot and melty.

# Notes:

01 - For added heat, use pepper jack cheese or add diced fresh jalapeños
02 - Can customize with additional toppings like diced tomatoes or guacamole
03 - Leftovers store in fridge for up to 2 days
04 - Best reheated in oven to maintain crispiness
