Effortless Blueberry Oatmeal Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
04 - 110 grams brown sugar, packed
05 - 120 grams whole wheat flour
06 - 200 grams rolled oats

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 120 millilitres almond milk or milk you like
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 60 millilitres honey or maple syrup
10 - 115 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Fruit

11 - 150 grams blueberries, fresh or frozen

# Instructions:

01 - After baking, let everything sit in the pan for about 10 minutes. Lift out using parchment or carefully move onto a wire rack. When totally cooled, slice it into squares.
02 - Push the mixture into your pan, smoothing out the top. Slide into the oven and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges look golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
03 - Drop the wet bowl into the dry bowl and gently mix. Toss in the blueberries last so they don't get squashed.
04 - In another bowl, mix up the melted butter, honey or syrup, vanilla, and almond milk. Whisk until it all looks smooth and blended.
05 - Grab a big bowl and toss in cinnamon, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, flour, then oats. Mix until everything's spread out evenly.
06 - Turn the oven to 175°C and grease a square pan, or cover with parchment if you want easier cleanup.

# Notes:

01 - Like crunch? Toss in about 60 grams of nuts or seeds—whatever you have.
02 - Go wild with the fruit, swap blueberries for chopped apples or strawberries for a new spin.
