Millionaire Peach Marshmallow Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Salad

01 - 80 g shredded coconut
02 - 227 g whipped topping
03 - 96 g instant vanilla pudding mix
04 - 100 g mini marshmallows
05 - 567 g canned crushed pineapple, drained
06 - 425 g canned peach slices, cut up and drained

→ Nuts (Optional)

07 - 60 g chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Pop everything in the fridge covered for an hour or more, then dig in once it's nice and cold.
02 - Sprinkle in the coconut and chopped pecans if you want nuts, then give it a gentle stir so everything's mixed in.
03 - Scoop in the whipped topping and fold it through until you can't see any streaks left.
04 - Shake the pudding mix all over the fruit and marshmallows and stir it around gently so the pieces all get coated.
05 - Toss the pineapple, peach pieces, and mini marshmallows into your big bowl to start things off.

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle maraschino cherries over the top to add a sweet pop of color before serving.
02 - You can make this a day before and keep it chilled, covered, in the fridge.
