Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C). Use parchment paper on a baking tray or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

Lay the halved pears, with the cut side facing up, on the prepared sheet. Coat them with melted butter to achieve a slight golden color when they're baked.

Let the pears bake for around 15-20 minutes until soft but still firm. Take them out and allow them to cool just a bit.

Scatter the berries on top of each pear half, and then follow with the crumbled blue cheese. They'll soften slightly from the pears' heat.

Drizzle the honey lightly over the pears and sprinkle the walnuts for extra flavor and crunch.

If you like, add a thyme sprig on top for a final touch. Enjoy them warm or once they've cooled to room temp.
