Raspberry Shortbread Swirls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup plain sugar.
02 - 1 cup softened butter, unsalted.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
04 - 2 cups regular flour.
05 - 1/4 cup melted white chocolate.
06 - 1/2 cup jam with raspberry.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and place parchment inside a baking pan.
02 - Whip sugar with butter till creamy. Add vanilla, then slowly stir in flour.
03 - Chill rolled jam-filled dough logs for half an hour after spreading and rolling.
04 - Cut chilled dough into thin 1/4-inch slices, bake them 12 to 15 minutes till edges start to brown.
05 - Let cookies cool fully and drizzle on white chocolate after melting it.

# Notes:

01 - Smooth jam works better—no seeds.
02 - Roll tightly so the swirl shows nicely.
