Sour Cream Beef Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 8 oz medium egg noodles
02 - 1 lb lean ground beef
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 onion, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt & pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
03 - In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
04 - Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sour cream until well combined.
05 - Fold in cooked noodles and transfer half to a greased baking dish; layer with half of the cheese.
06 - Add remaining noodle mixture on top and finish with the rest of the cheese.
07 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover for the last 5 minutes until golden brown.
