In a medium bowl, blend together the monk fruit sweetener and citric acid if you're using it. Stir it up so it's even.

Pop the grapes into a big bowl. Pour your lime juice over them and toss them around till they're covered. Set them in the fridge for about 10 minutes so the flavors soak in.

Put parchment paper on a sheet pan so nothing will stick later.

Take the grapes out of the fridge. Roll each grape in your sweetener mix using your hands or a spoon till they're totally covered.

Lay your coated grapes on the lined pan in a single layer. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours till they're solid and frosty.
