3-Ingredient Frozen Candied Grapes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2-3 teaspoons citric acid, more if you want (optional)
02 - 1 cup monk fruit sweetener, granulated
03 - 2 limes, squeezed for juice
04 - 4 cups green grapes, make sure they're super clean

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, blend together the monk fruit sweetener and citric acid if you're using it. Stir it up so it's even.
02 - Pop the grapes into a big bowl. Pour your lime juice over them and toss them around till they're covered. Set them in the fridge for about 10 minutes so the flavors soak in.
03 - Put parchment paper on a sheet pan so nothing will stick later.
04 - Take the grapes out of the fridge. Roll each grape in your sweetener mix using your hands or a spoon till they're totally covered.
05 - Lay your coated grapes on the lined pan in a single layer. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours till they're solid and frosty.

# Notes:

01 - That citric acid gives the whole thing a nice tang that punches up the sweet and sour vibe, just like the candy you had as a kid.
02 - Use other sweeteners like erythritol, Swerve, or stevia if you don't want monk fruit.
03 - Stash your frozen grapes in a tight container or freezer bag so they stay fresh for a month.
04 - For a twist that feels like Jolly Ranchers, grab cotton candy grapes and swap the lime for a quick sugar syrup.
