01 - Start by blending all the dry stuff together. Whip sugars and butter until smooth, then mix both to make the dough. Pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
02 - Set your oven to 175°C (350°F). Flatten the dough, then use molds or shape cutters to cut out cookies.
03 - Put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down before enjoying.

01 - To make them crunchier, leave them in for 1-2 extra minutes.
02 - Add a pinch more spice to get the flavor you like.
03 - Keep them fresh by storing in a tight-sealing container.
