# Ingredients:

02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

→ For the Donuts:

06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
08 - 2 tsp baking powder
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
11 - 1/2 cup milk
12 - 2 large eggs
13 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
14 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
15 - 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
16 - Vegetable oil (for frying) or cooking spray (for baking)

→ For the Coating:

17 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
18 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined. Mix in strawberry jam or fold in fresh strawberries. Add heavy cream or milk until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and almond extract (if using). Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
03 - For frying: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Drop dough into oil and fry 2-3 minutes per side until golden. For baking: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan, fill wells halfway, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
04 - Let donuts cool slightly. Make a hole in each donut. Fill a piping bag with cheesecake filling and pipe into the donuts.
05 - Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll warm donuts in the mixture.
