Springtime Strawberry Sipper (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup fresh orange juice
02 - 2 cups of hulled fresh strawberries (or thawed if using frozen)
03 - ½ cup of lemon juice
04 - Ice cubes
05 - ½ cup of club soda or sparkling water
06 - 1–2 tablespoons of honey or simple syrup, optional

→ Garnishes

07 - Fresh mint sprigs
08 - Slices of strawberry
09 - Citrus wheels (lemon or orange)

# Instructions:

01 - Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth. If you want it without seeds, push the purée through a fine strainer into a bowl or pitcher.
02 - Pour orange juice, lemon juice, and a bit of honey or syrup (if you'd like) into the pitcher with the strawberry purée. Mix it all together. Taste to see if you want it sweeter.
03 - Right before pouring, gently add the club soda or sparkling water to keep the bubbles intact.
04 - Drop some ice into glasses and carefully pour the drink over. Finish by adding a garnish like a slice of strawberry, citrus wheel, or a bit of mint on top.

# Notes:

01 - Sweetness can be adjusted by adding more honey or syrup, depending on what you like.
