Olive Sun Dried Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
02 - 2 garlic cloves
03 - A handful of fresh dill sprigs
04 - Half a cup of sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
05 - One cup of pitted green olives
06 - A handful of parsley leaves
07 - One tablespoon of olive oil
08 - A handful of fresh mint

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the ingredients, including the olive oil, into your food processor.
02 - Blend the mix, giving the sides of the processor bowl a clean scrape if needed, until you get the texture you like.
03 - Scoop the finished tapenade into a bowl and pair it with crackers, hummus, or crunchy veggies like carrot sticks and cucumber slices.
