Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 tsp salt.
02 - 1 cup powdered sugar (120g).
03 - 1 cup chopped nuts (100g).
04 - 2 cups flour (250g).
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 cup condensed milk (120ml).
07 - 1 cup softened butter (230g).

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the butter until it's light and smooth. Stir in the vanilla and condensed milk until it's all combined.
02 - Sprinkle in flour and salt slowly. Toss in the chopped nuts and fold gently.
03 - Wrap the dough and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour so it firms up.
04 - Make small balls about an inch wide and set them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
05 - Pop them in the oven at 350°F and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the bottoms are lightly browned.
06 - Coat the cookies in powdered sugar while they’re still warm. Once cool, roll them again for a perfect snowy layer.

# Notes:

01 - You can mix in cinnamon or almond flavor if you want.
02 - Double sugar-coating gives the best finish.
03 - Store in a sealed container for up to a week.
