Sweet Savory Whipped Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 chilled Brie wheels, about 8 oz each
02 - Honey for drizzling
03 - Optional: Honeycomb for topping
04 - Optional: A handful of fresh rosemary for decoration
05 - Serve with a mix of crackers or crostini

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the rind off the Brie wheels, then chop into cubes. Let them sit out until they soften to room temperature.
02 - Toss the Brie pieces into a food processor. Blend for about 5 minutes, pausing to scrape the sides now and then, until it’s silky smooth. Scoop the fluffy Brie into a serving bowl.
03 - Drizzle honey all over your whipped Brie and add honeycomb if you'd like. Garnish with rosemary sprigs for a nice touch, or swap the honey for blueberry jam and thyme for a fresh twist. Surround with crackers or crostini for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Letting Brie warm up to room temperature makes it blend smoother.
02 - Cold Brie is easier to cut into cubes and trim off the rind.
