# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust the spice to your liking)
02 - ¼ cup honey
03 - ½ cup soy sauce
04 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
05 - 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves

→ For Thickening

07 - 2 tbsp water
08 - 1 tbsp cornstarch

# Instructions:

01 - Mix water and cornstarch in a small bowl until there are no lumps.
02 - In a saucepan, toss in the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha. Give it a good mix.
03 - Set the saucepan on medium heat. Let it simmer gently, making sure to stir now and then so it doesn't stick.
04 - Gradually pour in the slurry while whisking the sauce. Keep stirring as it thickens up smoothly.
05 - When the sauce reaches the right consistency, pull it off the heat and let it sit for a bit. Pour it on your food or store it for another time.

# Notes:

01 - Want more or less heat? Adjust how much sriracha you use.
02 - This sauce works great as a marinade, dip, or a finishing touch for stir-fries and grilled meats.
03 - Keep any leftovers in the fridge in a tightly sealed container. It's good for about a week.
