# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
02 - 60 ml chicken broth
03 - 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
04 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 onion, diced
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
10 - 450 g ground turkey

# Instructions:

01 - Splash in the lemon juice, taste to see if you want more salt, and dig in while it's nice and warm.
02 - Add that broth, pop a lid on, and let the sprouts steam for about 5-7 minutes ‘til they’re crisp but soft inside.
03 - Toss in Brussels sprouts, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and throw in those red pepper flakes if you like it spicy. Give it all a good mix.
04 - Dump the turkey meat into your skillet and keep it moving until it’s browned up and there’s no pink left.
05 - Drizzle olive oil into a big pan on medium. Let the onion and garlic cook till they look soft and smell awesome.

# Notes:

01 - Try adding fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for a burst of extra flavor.
02 - Pile everything over quinoa or rice if you’re in the mood for something more filling.
03 - Toss any leftovers in a sealed container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
