Effortless Cosmic Brownie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Topping

01 - 50 g candy-coated chocolate chips

→ Brownie Bite Base

02 - 140 g raw almonds
03 - 225 g medjool dates, pitted and squished in
04 - 120 g walnut halves
05 - 15–30 ml maple syrup, toss in as needed
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
07 - 25 g plain cocoa powder, no sugar
08 - 20 g unsweetened dried coconut shreds
09 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop out bits of dough and roll them between your palms to make 20 little balls. That’s how you get the classic bite shape.
02 - Move the dough into a big bowl. Toss in those colorful chocolate chips. Stir well so every chunk gets some.
03 - Keep blending everything together until you see it all come together and get sticky. If it's still crumbly, splash in some maple syrup, then blend more so it sticks.
04 - Start out by putting your dates, almonds, walnuts, coconut, cocoa, vanilla, and salt in the food processor.

# Notes:

01 - Pop these into a container with a lid and leave on the counter for three days, or stash in the fridge for a week. Freeze 'em if you want to keep them for months.
