Zesty Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken thighs with skin and bones
02 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
03 - 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme
04 - 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
05 - Salt and pepper as per your taste
06 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
07 - 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up while you prep.
02 - Stir together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, oil, garlic, thyme, plus a bit of salt and pepper in a little bowl.
03 - Coat the chicken thighs generously with the mustard blend, making sure it’s all covered.
04 - Lay the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
05 - Bake the chicken for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the internal temp hits 165°F (74°C).
06 - Give the cooked chicken 5 minutes to rest, then dig in.
