Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
02 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (for binding)
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 eggs (for binding)
06 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (for binding)
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for seasoning)
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder (for seasoning)
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Cooking spray (for greasing the baking sheet)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Steam broccoli florets for 3-5 minutes. Cool, then finely chop.
02 - Combine broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar, Parmesan, eggs, and flour in a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
03 - Scoop mixture, roll into 1-inch balls. Arrange on baking sheet with space between.
04 - Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Broil 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
05 - Cool slightly. Serve with dipping sauce. Enjoy warm.
