Effortless Fruity Pebbles Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 80 g Fruity Pebbles or another sweet, colorful cereal, plus extra for the top
02 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 3 large eggs
04 - 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
06 - 190 g all-purpose flour
07 - 250 g white sugar
08 - 240 g thick Greek yogurt
09 - 120 ml vegetable oil or unsweetened applesauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set the finished bread in the pan for about 10 minutes. Flip onto a cooling rack. Slice it up when you're ready to eat.
02 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean from the middle, you're good to go.
03 - Pour your batter in the pan you greased up earlier. Toss a big pinch of more Fruity Pebbles over the top.
04 - Now gently stir 80 grams of the cereal into the mix. Don’t smash them up—leave the pieces whole as much as you can.
05 - Toss flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl. Mix it only until it looks smooth—don’t go wild with the stirring.
06 - Grab a large bowl and whisk together yogurt, oil or applesauce, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until it’s blended and looks smooth.
07 - Turn on your oven and set it to 175°C. Spray a standard loaf pan well so your treat won’t stick.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap the oil with applesauce if you want it lighter but still moist.
