Prepare a cup of chamomile tea with either a tea bag or loose flowers. Let it sit for 5 minutes and cool completely afterward.

Break up the banana into manageable pieces after peeling it. Measure 1 tablespoon honey and pour out 1/2 cup of your chosen milk.

Put the cooled tea, banana, honey, and milk into your blender. Throw in ice cubes to make it frosty, if you'd like.

Crank up the blender to high speed and mix until you get a silky consistency. For a thinner drink, just pour in a dash more milk.
