Chamomile Banana Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large ripe banana
02 - 1 cup cold chamomile tea
03 - 1/2 cup milk or a dairy-free option
04 - 1 tablespoon of honey
05 - Optional: Add some ice cubes if you want it extra chilled
06 - Optional: Sprinkle a few dried chamomile leaves on top for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare a cup of chamomile tea with either a tea bag or loose flowers. Let it sit for 5 minutes and cool completely afterward.
02 - Break up the banana into manageable pieces after peeling it. Measure 1 tablespoon honey and pour out 1/2 cup of your chosen milk.
03 - Put the cooled tea, banana, honey, and milk into your blender. Throw in ice cubes to make it frosty, if you'd like.
04 - Crank up the blender to high speed and mix until you get a silky consistency. For a thinner drink, just pour in a dash more milk.
05 - Transfer the blended drink to your favorite glass or jar. If it suits your style, top it with a pinch of dried chamomile leaves.
