Cheesy Beef Stuffed Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 can (8 biscuits) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
04 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped (optional)
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or taco seasoning (optional)
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce or ranch dressing (for dipping)
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
10 - Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks (about 5–7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
03 - Add the chopped onion (if using) and minced garlic to the beef, and cook for another 2 minutes until the onion softens. Stir in the Italian seasoning or taco seasoning, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc, about 4 inches wide, using your hands or a rolling pin.
05 - Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Add a generous amount of shredded cheese on top of the beef.
06 - Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal. Make sure the filling is fully enclosed.
07 - Place the sealed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
08 - Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with olive oil to help them brown and get crispy while baking.
09 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
10 - Let the cheesy beef stuffed biscuit bombs cool for a couple of minutes before serving. You can serve them with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can add some veggies like diced bell peppers or spinach to the beef mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
02 - For a spicier version, try adding jalapeños or a few dashes of hot sauce to the beef filling.
