Heat skillet, add oil. Season beef, sear until browned. Transfer to crockpot.

Add onion, garlic, broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and pepper to crockpot. Stir to combine.

Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours, until tender. Stir occasionally.

Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into crockpot last 30 minutes.

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, toss with butter or oil.

Plate noodles, ladle beef and sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
