Crockpot Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Beef Tips:

01 - 1.5 lbs beef stew meat (beef tips)
02 - 1 large onion, chopped
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup beef broth
05 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
06 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 tsp dried thyme
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)

→ For Serving:

10 - 12 oz egg noodles
11 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat skillet, add oil. Season beef, sear until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
02 - Add onion, garlic, broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and pepper to crockpot. Stir to combine.
03 - Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours, until tender. Stir occasionally.
04 - Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into crockpot last 30 minutes.
05 - Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, toss with butter or oil.
06 - Plate noodles, ladle beef and sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Add 1/2 cup heavy cream for a richer sauce.
02 - Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or bread.
03 - Pair with a salad or roasted vegetables.
