Easy Blue Hawaiian Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 30 ml coconut water
02 - 15 ml lemon juice
03 - 5-10 ml cream of coconut
04 - 10 ml blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic)
05 - 60 ml orange juice
06 - 60 ml pineapple juice

→ For Serving

07 - Ice cubes
08 - Pineapple slice to garnish
09 - Maraschino cherry to finish
10 - Chilled lemon-lime soda for topping up

# Instructions:

01 - Stick a pineapple slice and a cherry on the rim. Serve up right away.
02 - Strain your blend over ice into a big glass, then pour on cold lemon-lime soda.
03 - Drop in the coconut water and the cream of coconut. Swirl things around until it’s nice and smooth.
04 - Shake that shaker hard so your drink gets frothy and mixed well.
05 - Toss pineapple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and blue curaçao syrup into your shaker with lots of ice.
06 - Grab everything you need, making sure sodas and juices are well-chilled.

01 - Chilled, fresh juices make this extra smooth. Gently add the coconut cream, so it blends in instead of splitting.
