Easy Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 marshmallows, big ones.
02 - 6 oz chocolate chips, milk kind.
03 - 1/3 cup butter (unsalted).
04 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
05 - 1 cup chopped nuts, they're optional.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla flavor.
07 - 1/2 tsp table salt.
08 - 1 2/3 cups regular sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a saucepan and mix in sugar, butter, milk, and a pinch of salt. Keep stirring while it heats up until it boils.
02 - Toss the chocolate chips in and stir like crazy until they’re creamy and melted.
03 - Take it off the heat. Stir marshmallows, nuts, and vanilla in—keep stirring until the marshmallows disappear into the mix.
04 - Pour everything into a greased 8-inch pan and level it out. Let it cool down and harden before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t stop stirring while cooking.
02 - You can skip the nuts.
03 - Make sure it’s fully cooled before cutting.
