# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 3 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp onion powder
05 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1 tsp dried oregano
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
09 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
03 - Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
04 - Spread chicken bites in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until cooked through and golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven, cool slightly. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
