Cut the crusts off the bread and press each slice flat using a rolling pin while the sausages are being cooked.

Combine the cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, and milk in a shallow dish. Mix everything well with a whisk.

Cook the sausage links based on the directions on the packaging. When done, keep them aside.

Place a sausage at one end of a flattened bread slice. Roll it up tightly and, if needed, secure it with a toothpick so it holds together. Repeat for the rest.

Warm the butter in a skillet on medium. Cover each sausage roll completely in the egg mixture.

Lay the coated rolls in the skillet. Cook on all sides until golden, flipping as needed for about 3-4 minutes. Remove any toothpicks before serving.

Serve while hot, with powdered sugar dusted lightly on top and maple syrup poured generously if you'd like.
