Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Steak:

01 - 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for searing)
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:

05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste
11 - Red pepper flakes (optional), for a slight spicy kick

→ Optional Add-Ins:

12 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
13 - Mushrooms or spinach, sautéed for extra flavor
14 - Crusty bread or mashed potatoes, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Pat steak bites dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter in skillet. Sear steak 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining steak.
02 - Reduce heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic, sauté 30 seconds. Stir in cream, simmer. Add Parmesan, whisk until melted. Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
03 - Return steak to skillet, toss in sauce. Cook 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley.
