Garlic Chicken Grilled Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
02 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
03 - 1/4 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp paprika
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, diced into 1-inch pieces

→ Garlic Sauce

08 - 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
09 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 1/4 tsp salt
11 - 1/4 cup sour cream
12 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
13 - 1 tsp lemon juice
14 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - Take a bowl and mix together the diced chicken, cayenne, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Stir it all up so the pieces are nicely covered.
02 - Put a skillet or grill pan on medium heat. Cook the chicken chunks for 2-3 minutes on each side until they're fully done and have a slight char.
03 - Combine mayo, sour cream, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl, and whisk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
04 - Lay the cooked chicken on a serving platter and pour the garlic sauce over the top. Dive in!
