# Ingredients:

→ For the beef mixture:

01 - 450g lean ground beef
02 - 30g butter
03 - 1 small yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 small green bell pepper, diced
05 - 230g brown mushrooms, minced
06 - 30g ketchup
07 - 15g Worcestershire sauce
08 - 3g kosher salt
09 - 3g fresh ground black pepper

→ For the sauce:

10 - 8g cornstarch
11 - 240ml beef broth

→ For assembling:

12 - 225g Provolone cheese slices, chopped
13 - 6 brioche hamburger buns

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef 2-3 minutes without stirring, then break apart and cook until browned. Set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté 3-5 minutes until softened.
03 - Return beef to skillet with vegetables, stir to combine.
04 - In a bowl, whisk beef broth, cornstarch, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet, stir well.
05 - Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
06 - Turn off heat, stir in Provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
07 - Toast brioche buns. Spoon cheesy beef mixture onto buns and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Use classic hamburger buns or hoagie rolls instead of brioche.
02 - Substitute Provolone with Mozzarella or White American cheese.
03 - Add pickled jalapeños or crispy fried onions for extra crunch.
