# Ingredients:

→ For the Cake Layers:

01 - 1 package angel food cake (or 1 prepared angel food cake), cut into cubes
02 - 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
03 - 1 1/2 cups milk
04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

→ For the Topping:

06 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
07 - 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
08 - Chopped almonds or pecans (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut angel food cake into bite-sized cubes. Set aside.
02 - Whisk pudding mix and milk until smooth. Add sour cream, mix until combined. Set aside.
03 - Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
04 - Layer half cake cubes, half pudding, half cream cheese. Repeat layers. Top with cherry pie filling.
05 - Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). Garnish with nuts. Serve chilled.
