Mackinac Island Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
02 - ½ cup granulated white sugar
03 - ½ cup brown sugar, packed tightly
04 - ½ cup milk
05 - 8 tablespoons butter, no salt
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt
08 - 2 cups powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a pot, stir together butter, both sugars, milk, and salt. Let it boil, then lower the heat and keep stirring for 6 minutes.
02 - Let the mixture cool a bit. Stir in the vanilla, cocoa, and powdered sugar. Mix it well until it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Spread the fudge on a silicone mat or baking sheet to cool. Roll it into a log, wrap it up with plastic, and refrigerate for around 30 minutes.
