In a pot, stir together butter, both sugars, milk, and salt. Let it boil, then lower the heat and keep stirring for 6 minutes.

Let the mixture cool a bit. Stir in the vanilla, cocoa, and powdered sugar. Mix it well until it’s nice and smooth.

Spread the fudge on a silicone mat or baking sheet to cool. Roll it into a log, wrap it up with plastic, and refrigerate for around 30 minutes.
