Mango Sago Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
02 - 2 cups strawberries, sliced
03 - 1/2 cup sago pearls or tapioca pearls
04 - 3 cups coconut milk (coconut and water blend)
05 - 4 tbsp condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk for vegan)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil 3 cups water. Add sago pearls; cook 10 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover and let sit 10 minutes.
02 - Strain sago pearls in cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, add sago pearls, coconut milk, condensed milk, mango cubes, and strawberry slices. Mix well.
04 - Chill mixture in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until cold.
05 - Serve in a glass; top with remaining mango and strawberry.

# Notes:

01 - Use ripe mangoes and strawberries.
02 - Do not overcook sago pearls.
