Boil 3 cups water. Add sago pearls; cook 10 minutes until translucent, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cover and let sit 10 minutes.

Strain sago pearls in cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add sago pearls, coconut milk, condensed milk, mango cubes, and strawberry slices. Mix well.
