# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups clean water
02 - 1/4 cup fresh mint, roughly 10 to 12 leaves
03 - 2 tablespoons agave syrup, or swap with honey or maple syrup
04 - 1 small piece of ginger, about 2 inches long
05 - 1 large cucumber (English variety), sliced
06 - 1/2 cup lime juice, which is about 2.5 limes squeezed

→ To Finish

07 - Splash of club soda for the top

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cucumber slices, ginger, mint leaves, sweetener, and water into a blender. Mix it on high until it turns into a creamy green liquid.
02 - Press the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer to catch the pulp. Set the smooth juice aside for later.
03 - Grab a glass, pop in some ice cubes, and toss in a few cucumber slices. Pour in the smooth green juice, leaving about an inch free at the top. Add a splash of soda, throw on a sprig of mint, and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - Use a powerful blender to break everything down and keep the mixture silky.
02 - If you don't have a strainer, a cheese cloth works perfectly to remove the pulp.
03 - Love a kick? Add more ginger to spice it up.
