Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup melted butter

→ For the Filling:

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
06 - 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well-drained
07 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Optional Toppings:

09 - Whipped cream
10 - Toasted coconut flakes
11 - Maraschino cherries or pineapple slices

# Instructions:

01 - Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill 30 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Fold in drained pineapple. Fold in whipped cream.
03 - Spoon filling into crust, spread evenly. Smooth top.
04 - Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
05 - Garnish with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and fruit. Slice and serve.
