Blueberry Spring Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base greens

01 - 6 ounces butter lettuce, chopped
02 - 5 ounces mixed spring salad greens

→ Extras

03 - Half a red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1 to 2 small avocados, cut into slices
05 - A single watermelon radish, sliced thin
06 - 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
07 - Around 1 cup fresh blueberries
08 - 2 ounces of feta, crumbled into small bits
09 - Candied pecans

→ Sauce

10 - Rich pomegranate cream dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the butter lettuce and spring greens. Lay them out on a large plate or split into serving bowls.
02 - Scatter the red onion, radish slices, blueberries, avocado slices, candied nuts, pomegranate seeds, and crumbled feta over the greens.
03 - Add as much creamy pomegranate dressing as you like just before eating.
04 - If you'd like, sprinkle some ground black pepper on top.
