# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A pinch of salt, use as much or little as you'd like
02 - Your favorite cracked black pepper, add just what you want
03 - 60 millilitres balsamic glaze
04 - About a cup of basil, fresh leaves only (roughly 20 grams)
05 - 227 grams mozzarella, go fresh and slice it yourself
06 - Roughly 2 cups (or 300 grams) strawberries, washed, hulled, and cut up

# Instructions:

01 - Once everything’s in there, lightly mix it all up until ingredients are well coated. Serve it right away or pop it in the fridge for half an hour if you want it chilled.
02 - Sprinkle on salt and some of that black pepper. Use just the amount you like best.
03 - Time for the glaze. Pour balsamic glaze over the whole bowl as evenly as you can.
04 - Now grab those basil leaves and toss them on top of your strawberry and mozzarella mix.
05 - Lay out the sliced strawberries and mozzarella in a big bowl to start.

# Notes:

01 - Want it sweeter? Start with juicy, ripe strawberries.
02 - A quick pour of top-notch olive oil takes it to another level.
03 - Eat it soon after making for best crunch. Cold salads are nice, but don’t let it sit more than 2 hours.
