Summer Peach Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup almond milk
02 - 2 cups peaches, chopped (fresh or frozen)
03 - 1 tablespoon chia or flaxseeds, optional
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - A handful of ice, only if you're using fresh peaches
06 - 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
07 - 1 tablespoon maple or agave syrup, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Cut fresh peaches into small pieces, or use frozen ones if you’d like it chilled and skip adding ice.
02 - Toss the peaches, yogurt, almond milk, syrup (if needed), vanilla, and ice (if necessary) into the blender. Sprinkle in chia or flaxseeds for an extra boost, but that's optional!
03 - Crank up the blender until it’s all smooth and creamy. Stop once or twice to push down anything stuck on the sides.
04 - Taste it and adjust the sweetness by adding a little more syrup, blending again just to mix it in.
05 - Pour straight into your favorite glass and savor it right away. Add some chia seeds or a peach slice on top, if you feel fancy.

01 - Freeze the blended mix and crush the frozen cubes for a fun, slushy twist.
