Once you’re done cooking, take the pot off the stove. Let the mixture cool off all the way before you pour it into a sealed container. Pop it in the fridge and use within a week.

Lower the heat and keep whisking for another 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it gets nice and thick but doesn’t get lumpy.

Keep the saucepan cooking on a low boil for 5 minutes. Make sure you keep whisking so nothing burns or sticks.

Dump all your measured stuff into a medium pot.
