Velvet Brownies Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup sugar for filling.
03 - 1 egg for filling.
04 - 1/2 tsp vanilla for filling.
05 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
06 - 3/4 cup flour.
07 - 1/4 tsp salt.
08 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
09 - 1 cup sugar.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - 1 tsp vanilla.
12 - 1 tbsp red food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and put parchment in an 8x8 pan.
02 - Blend melted butter with sugar. Stir in eggs, vanilla, and red coloring. Gently mix in the dry stuff.
03 - Whip cream cheese, sugar, an egg, and vanilla until silky smooth.
04 - Spread most of the brownie batter in the pan, then top with cheesecake filling. Add the rest of the batter and swirl things together.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center firms up. Let it cool completely, then chill before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Skip the red coloring if you'd like.
02 - Cool it down first for sharp edges when cutting.
03 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 5 days.
