# Ingredients:

01 - 36 crushed Oreos (around 3 cups).
02 - 6 tablespoons melted butter.
03 - 7 ounces of chopped white chocolate.
04 - 24 ounces cream cheese (three packs).
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
07 - 1 cup of sour cream.
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
09 - 1 teaspoon peppermint flavoring.
10 - 3 eggs and 1 extra yolk.
11 - 3/4 cup of chocolate bits.
12 - 3/4 cup peppermint candy pieces.
13 - 3 ounces white chocolate meant for mousse.
14 - 2 1/4 cups heavy cream, split.
15 - Confectioners' sugar.
16 - A dash of red food dye.
17 - Toppings: crushed candy canes and chocolate shavings.

# Instructions:

01 - Blend Oreos into crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press into your pan. Bake at 325°F for 8-10 minutes, then cool.
02 - Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream together. Add in melted white chocolate, eggs, and the extracts. Fold in candy chunks and pour over the crust.
03 - Bake the assembled cheesecake in a 300°F water bath for 75 minutes. Let it rest in the oven to cool gradually.
04 - Craft a ganache with white chocolate, then gently fold it into an airy whipped cream. Spread the mousse layer on top.
05 - Add swirls of whipped cream using a piping bag. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and curls of chocolate.
