Yogurt Berry Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Items

01 - 4 big eggs
02 - 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup, your choice
04 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
05 - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
06 - 1 and 1/2 cups of berries, split in half

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350 F. Get an 8x8 baking dish, line it with parchment, and leave it ready.
02 - Grab a large mixing bowl. Toss in the yogurt, eggs, syrup, and vanilla. Whisk until it looks smooth. Add the cornstarch and stir again so it’s fully mixed.
03 - Stir in 1 cup of the berries gently. Pour the mix into the dish you prepared earlier, then add the last 1/2 cup of berries on top.
04 - Pop it in the oven for about 45 minutes. The center should set and stop looking wobbly. Take it out and let it cool almost all the way.
05 - Slice it into 9 pieces. You can eat it as is or drizzle some more syrup on top for extra sweetness.

# Notes:

01 - Keep fresh: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
02 - Freeze it: Put in a sealed container and freeze for as long as 3 months. Leave it on the counter for a bit or thaw in the fridge overnight when ready to eat.
